So this one is a follow up of the previous bailout article. Since the bailout for GM and Ford didn't pass, GM has closed 21 of its factories and cut 250000 vehicles. My argument is that if forgin companies like honda and toyata can make cars better than American can and they can sell them for cheaper, then really its no big suprise to me that the American factories are shutting down. I heard on the radio the other day that like 96% of hondas are still on the road. That impressive. Every ford or cheavy my dad has ever owned has been a lemon.
